Star Wars Day 2024
Kicking things off on May 4 will be the premiere of “Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi” anthology series. The first installment will tell the story of Jedi Master Count Dooku before he turned to the dark side of the Force. More episodes will focus on other Jedi from that era.
Later in May, fans will be introduced to two new dark side warriors in the series “Tales of the Empire.” The show will center around Morgan Elsbeth, a skilled Nightsister climbing the ranks, and Barriss Offee, a fallen Jedi Padawan. Both characters provide an inside look at lives within the ruthless Galactic Empire.
Later this year, “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” will follow a group of children stranded in space who befriend a mysterious Force user, played by Jude Law, as they journey home. And the highly anticipated second season of prequel show “Andor” is also expected, though no release date has been set yet.
